About the Ribbon console table
Ribbon is cut from a single piece of red sandstone and bent into one smooth curve. The top, the leg and the base flow together with no breaks, the way a ribbon folds when it is laid down. At 205 mm deep it is the slimmest of our console tables, and it stands 800 mm high.
Ribbon: stone and finish
Red sandstone brings a warm colour and a natural, softly textured grain to the curve. Ribbon is polished by hand with the natural texture of the stone kept, so the long sweep feels smooth while the stone still looks natural. The grain runs through the whole table, which makes it read as one piece. Keep it clean with a soft cloth.
Where the Ribbon works
Ribbon suits a narrow hall, a stairwell landing, a gallery wall or a small entrance where depth is limited. It also works behind a sofa, holding a lamp and a few books without taking up floor space. Its single line is a good match for plain walls.

Every Ribbon is made to order. The length and height can be adjusted to your space, or the table can be made in another stone on request. We ship worldwide, with careful crating and insurance.
