You may browse this website and use our enquiry and consultation forms for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or reproduce its content without permission.
Intellectual Property
All designs, photography, text, and other content on this website are the property of CURWE unless otherwise noted, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Our furniture and sculptural designs may not be reproduced, replicated, or manufactured by third parties without our prior written consent.
Payment Terms
Each piece is bespoke and produced to order. A deposit secures your order and reserves materials, with the balance due before the piece ships, as outlined in your individual quotation and agreement. Specific payment schedules will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Shipping & Installation
We deliver worldwide through trusted freight partners, with careful crating and full insurance for large or fragile pieces. Installation on-site is arranged locally by you or your contractor, and our team provides video call or phone guidance throughout the process. Estimated timelines are provided at the time of quotation but may vary due to the handmade nature of our work, material availability, or logistics beyond our control.
Cancellations & Returns
Because each piece is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once work has begun. Deposits are non-refundable, and cancellation terms will be set out in your written agreement with our studio. Standard consumer return policies applicable to off-the-shelf goods do not apply to bespoke, made-to-order pieces.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, CURWE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from delays outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan, India.
