01 — Stone Selection
Our team travels to partner quarries to hand-select blocks for grain, density, and natural character — no two are alike.
02 — Sketching
Designers translate the block's natural form into hand-drawn concepts that respect, rather than fight, the stone's geometry.
03 — Engineering
Structural engineers model load, balance, and weight distribution to ensure every cantilever and curve is sound.
04 — CNC Roughing
CNC carefully removes excess stone with precise control, following the engineered model.
05 — Hand Carving
Master carvers take over where machines stop — refining curves, edges, and transitions entirely by hand and eye.
06 — Finishing
Edges, transitions, and surface details are refined to their final profile, preparing the piece for polishing.
07 — Polishing
Progressive diamond-grit polishing brings out the stone's natural luster, veining, and depth of color.
08 — Quality Check
Every surface, joint, and edge is inspected against studio tolerances before a piece is approved for packaging.
09 — Packaging
Each piece is securely packed in a custom-built wooden crate, lined with protective cushioning and wrapped with anti-moisture and anti-termite protective layers to ensure it arrives safely.
10 — Installation
Our team providing video call and phone guidance throughout the process.
